This case presents a story of how we helped a client in a difficult situation and quickly picked up and adjusted the processes of accounting and tax reporting following a sudden departure of the company's chief accountant and her deputy.

The management of the company decided to outsource the functions of the chief accountant to us. Thus started our cooperation, which after 6 months of work transformed into a move by the client to completely outsource general ledger and tax accounting and abandon internal accounting altogether.
