In the description of this project, we share our experience on creating a convenient universal database in 1C in three months, transferring personnel data and organizing the payroll process for 100 employees of the client company.

As part of the project, we had to:

• upload personnel and payroll documents for two years in the form of Excel tables to the 1C ZUP 3.0 database from a third-party software that has no integration capabilities (and manually transfer part of the data);
• set up "from scratch" and optimize the necessary types of calculations and taxation;
• develop and populate the staffing table;
• ensure simplicity and transparency of business processes;
• train the client's employees to work in the new database.
