Accetera participates in the Business Association Network North West conference

On November 29, 2023, our colleagues Svetlana Domkina and Yulia Krylova took part in the Conference for HR Directors “HR-2024: what awaits us in the near future.”

The conference was organized by the Network North-West Business Association and took place on the terrace of the Grand Hotel Europe.

As always at Network North-West events, the conference was attended by HR directors, representatives of HR departments, legal, training, consulting companies, etc.

Discussions and presentations covered, among others, topics such as

• 2023 results of and forecasts for 2024: what awaits us in the near future
• Digital transformation of the HR industry
• Search for employees in constantly changing conditions: retention, retraining of personnel
• Employer brand development
• Personnel assessment in conditions of instability and others

Participants had ample opportunities for interactive discussion, open dialogue and networking.
