Accetera Customer Satisfaction Survey: Encouraging Results!

Today we are pleased to announce the completion of a customer satisfaction survey across our customer base to evaluate the quality of service in our company. The results of the study exceeded all our expectations, showing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Completed questionnaires came from 41% of the customers polled. We received an exceptionally high NPS score, 84 (!), reflecting the degree of customer loyalty and willingness to recommend our company to their colleagues.

Text comments in the questionnaires provided a lot of useful material for improving our services.
